Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note: As an independent designer brand, our items are fulfilled globally. To be eligible for a return due to subjective reasons (e.g., you ordered the wrong size, or changed your mind), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Most importantly, you will be fully responsible for paying the international return shipping costs to our facility in Asia.

To start a return, you can contact us at xiongaobo@126.com. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the exact return address.

Important Notice for Returns:
  1. Please DON'T return your package to any address indicated on the shipping label of the package received. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address that our customer service provides to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  2. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days) at xiongaobo@126.com with clear photos of the issue and the original shipping label. We will review your case and assist you with the next steps.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges Due to the high costs of international shipping and our fulfillment model, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (at your own shipping expense), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please carefully review our Size Charts before purchasing. Many of our flagship items feature an American Retro Oversized/Boxy fit and run significantly larger than standard sizes.

European Union 14-day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will be fully responsible for the return shipping costs to our facility in Asia.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
