How long does it take to receive my order?
Each piece is made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production, plus 7–15 business days for international shipping. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we're unable to make changes.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from China via tracked international courier.

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the UK, the EU, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, and more. If your country isn't listed at checkout, feel free to reach out via our contact form and we'll see what we can do.

Returns & Quality

Can I return or exchange my item?
We offer a 14-day return window. Since most of our pieces are made to order, return shipping costs for sizing issues are the buyer's responsibility. We provide a detailed size guide on every product page — please check it carefully before ordering. If there's a quality problem, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and we'll make it right.

Where are your products made?
Our products are made with care in China and shipped worldwide.

Why hand-printed?
Two reasons. One: no unnecessary waste — we only make what's ordered. Two: we want to make things with warmth. When something is made by hand, the garment becomes more than clothing — it connects people from different corners of the world.

What sizing do you use?
Sizing varies by product. Each product page has a "Find Your Size" guide with exact measurements — we recommend checking it before ordering.

How should I care for my garment?
Turn inside out before washing. Cold water, gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry. This helps preserve the print and the fabric.

What does "Wipe Away" mean?
It's an invitation to erase the plan — the pressure, the schedule, the noise. Just for today.
