Why hand-printed?
Two reasons. First, we only print what's ordered — no overstock, no waste. Second, we believe there's something in the process of making by hand. Each piece passes through someone's hands before it reaches yours. That's how we stay connected — across different cities, different lives.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order. Allow 5 to 7 business days for production, plus 7 to 15 business days for shipping. You'll receive a tracking number once it's on its way.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from China via tracked international courier.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window. Since most of our pieces are made to order, return shipping costs for sizing issues are the buyer's responsibility. We provide a detailed size guide on every product page — please check it carefully before ordering. If there's a quality problem, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and we'll make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we're unable to make changes.
