At Wipe Away, we believe in the beauty of slowing down. "Today's plan is no plan."
Instead of mass-producing and hoping for the best, we make each piece only after you order it. This helps us reduce environmental impact and ensures the hand-drawn temperature of our graphics remains intact.
1. Processing Time (The "Brewing" Phase) ☕️ Because your item involves manual printing processes and is crafted specifically for you, please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to prepare your order (excluding weekends and holidays). We allow ourselves to slow down, and we hope you do too. Just space out and let us handle the rest.
2. Shipping Rates We offer FREE shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum required. Our items are fulfilled from our facility in Asia.
3. Estimated Shipping Times ✈️ Once your order is printed and leaves our studio, we partner with reliable global couriers to get it to your door.
- United States: 10 - 15 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10 - 15 business days
- Rest of the World: 10 - 20 business days
Please allow approximately 15 to 20 business days in total from the date you place your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
(Note: Customs clearance or local postal delays may occasionally extend these times slightly.)
4. Order Tracking 📦 As soon as your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your puppy's journey to your home.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes Wipe Away is not responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Shipping Disclaimer We are not liable for delays due to customs, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
